Your account and data.
How the current v4mp.wtf application uses account information, profile content and uploaded media.
Account information
v4mp.wtf stores your username, email when supplied, and a password hash for password-based accounts. Discord sign-in stores the connected Discord identity and supported profile data. A session cookie keeps you signed in. API keys are stored as hashes; the full key is shown only when created.
Friends and private messages
We store friend requests, accepted friendships, blocks, message text and timestamps, read receipts and mutual daily streak dates. Messages are accessible through the app only to the two accepted friends; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Removing or blocking a friendship stops message access and sending. Reaccepting the same friendship restores its conversation history. Account deletion removes its friendships and messages. Public streaks appear only when both friends allow them.
Public profiles and drafts
Published profile content is visible to visitors. Private drafts are associated with your account and are not used as the public profile. Marking a page private hides its profile content and excludes it from discovery. Uploaded media remains publicly accessible to anyone with its URL; private profiles are not private file storage.
Visits and interactions
v4mp.wtf records daily-deduplicated profile visits using a hash derived from the profile, date, request IP and browser user agent. Visit records can include referrer, country supplied by the hosting provider and device category. When you visit while signed in, the profile owner can see your username and most recent visit time. Anonymous visitors are not identified. A keyed hash of the signup/sign-in IP is stored for referral abuse prevention. IP referral-claim hashes remain after deletion to prevent reuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in those tables. Shared networks may be ineligible for referral credit. Visits and referral signups can generate in-dashboard notifications; read status is stored with your account. Community rewards store boost-credit use, daily-spin dates, style unlocks and battle participation and votes. If you use a referral at registration, the inviter and platform owner can see your username and signup date. Links have click counters. Comments, reactions and approved reviews are stored to provide their visible features.
External services
Embedded music, videos and connected integrations can contact their providers, including YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud and Discord. Those services process requests under their own policies. Lyrics and public track metadata are requested from supported external services. Hosting providers may also retain operational request logs.
Manage your information
You can edit your profile, remove content, revoke API keys and request account deletion through Settings. Removing a published page does not remove copies another person has already saved. Files referenced by active content must be detached before deletion. For data questions or deletion assistance, join the v4mp.wtf Discord server through the support link and open a ticket in the appropriate category. Share account details privately in your ticket, not in public channels.
